Construction of New Academic Building Expansion at the American University of Sharjah. The building comprises smart classrooms, a computer lab, lounges, an auditorium, lab booths, a dean's suite, and an MCM studio, with all required furniture and fit-out, ELV and fire fighting systems, and elevators, together with all external works and related MEP facilities.
